For questions regarding order status and other after-sales support, log in to My Orders and click on the order you need help with. From the detailed order page, you can easily review order details, track order progress, and request help by submitting a Customer Service ticket. We normally respond to all tickets within 1 working day.
Sales
If you need information before you buy, you can start a Live Chat with our online sales representatives. If Live Chat is not available, you will be directed to an online form to submit an inquiry. Once you submit an inquiry, you can track progress and submit updates in My Inquiries.
 
Change Account
After logging in, you can see My Account on the top of ipl-elight-shr.com. You can go to change my profile to change your email address. Password and shipping information can be changed in the list of Change Password and Contact Information.
 
WishList
For every product you like on ipl-elight-shr.com, you can use the "Add to wish list" function to save it into your own account for your later checking.
To access your account, please log in first and then choose the wish list button to see what products have already been added into your wish list.
 
Order Tracking
ipl-elight-shr.com will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.
